While “abs may be made in the kitchen," exercise is a critical aspect of meeting your weight and health goals. Our dietitian, Brandon Caraballosa, MS, RDN, CPT has made it a priority to find the perfect balance between diet and physical activity. Exercise proves many benefits including cardiovascular health, improving blood results, and meeting your aesthetic goals!


How does it work?

At your first session, Brandon will conduct an assessment to determine which exercises are appropriate and best for you. An introduction to a few strength training exercises and a high-intensity circuit will follow. Following sessions will be tailor-made to carefully push you as well as teach you how to safely and effectively conduct your training sessions at the gym with or without Brandon. 


Where will we meet?

We work with our clients at Hype Gym, 480 2nd Ave, New York, NY 10016.


Expect a dynamic and unique experience, whether you're pumping iron, flipping tires outside, or performing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in the private rooms. Hype Gym allows you to change and warm up before your session with Brandon and you'll also have the opportunity to cool down on the cardio machines afterward. A shower and locker room is available as well. 


There’s no need to sign up for a membership- just come in your gym clothes and get ready to sweat!



How much does it cost?

One session: $125

Five sessions: $600 ($120 each)

Ten sessions: $1,050 ($105 each)

Thirty sessions: $2,850 ($95 each)

Payment will be made through Top Balance Nutrition before the initial session. Each package is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has a six-month expiration date. If you need to reschedule, please give us a call 24-hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
